Just wanted to leave this review because Mr.julio did an outstanding job. The other day I went because I need to replace my battery.
He helped me install it, it saved me a lot of money. He was really respectful and helpful. Thank you Julio!

Staff is awesome and knowledgeable! Its annoying how they have to deal with annoying people and their UPS packages

I called the store at 6:30pm to check for an available part. I was told it was in stock, so I said to the clerk "I will be there in 30 minutes!" Now I've been sitting outside for 30+ minutes, lights on, open sign flashing, doors locked. The phones have been disconnected. Five people, including myself, have attempted to go inside without luck. Five minutes ago I saw someone inside, he looked toward the door and then went into the back again even with me standing there. I have been knocking and calling, no answer and the clerk hasn't come back out to the front. Shouldn't leave an open store unmanned for...now 40+ minutes.
