ModWash

On Saturday Nov 11, at approx 1PM I took my dirty car through the car wash. It came out just as dirty as it went in. Took the car back and the manager gave me a second wash and said it was sap. only slightly cleaner after second wash. However, I noticed the brushes were not even touching the car. I told the manger and he said he would look into it. Very disappointed went home and wiped the car off with wet cloth and made it look decent. It was not sap it was dirt. Came off with little to no effort. Expected more. Oh well, I will go back to the wash I have used for many years.

Devin was very kind and helpful! Very polite car wash attendant!! Became a member here and am loving it! Gives a whole new appreciation for washing my car. I love that theres unlimited vacuum time AND pressured air to get into the hard to get places!
