        Thephoto shows the murky brown water that AQUA utility supplied to my home yesterday, without warning or caution, although clearly doing planned work several houses down the street for a neighbor. When I called customer service to inquire about water quality concern, and to express dismay at their irresponsibility, all they would say was that there had been a service disrupion in my neighborhood. Moreover, that contaminated water is now in my hotwater tank. What if I had unknowingly filled my washing machine?
