        The worst company there is, absolutely no respect for their costumer. Imagine realizing your water is off even after you paid your bill and the customer service representative have no decency to even apologize on behalf of their incompetent staff. I wish there could be a no star review because I do not recommend.

        Aqua America is horrible to deal with. It has a monopoly on water billing in this region and we have to constantly deal with its gross incompetence. Last time I called the customer rep asked me to give them my login password to see my account. The problem I called with is still unsolved after 3 weeks. There is no tracking and review of customer calls.

        Very incompetent billing department. Had several discrepancies on my bills throughout the past months. Nearly impossible to get someone to correct THEIR mistakes. Aqua Customer's, please double check your bill, even if you think its correct
