Cathy was very helpful to me when I was trying to get my townhouse ready to rent. I needed to temporarily move to another state due to family issues and wanted to return to PA in a a year or two. Cathy provided caring and compassionate advice during all of the turmoil of downsizing, moving, and family demands. She would call regularly to check on my progress and gave timely recommendations for rental prep as well as performed all of the necessary background checks, etc. for an appropriate renter.
