If you dont see any its because there are none. This place makes more than enough money. For the quality of their food they serve . They are always out of stock

I don't write reviews, but I've been eating at this place for like 8 years and it's gone super down hill. The food is just bad. They're out of things constantly and it's poorly prepared. I'm done with this place and I'd suggest just going somewhere else. The people working there are fine. It seems like they're overworked and the people running it don't know what they're doing. Avoid, go somewhere else, or end up getting sick. I'm good. edit: Some guy managing this account named "Sheldon" asked me if I wouldn't mind commenting on his corporate website. Yes, I do mind. Care more about your employees then the reputation you have on the internet and this problem wouldn't exist. Do your own work for your company. I don't work there. I'm just trying to help people not get sick and be disappointed. Try the pizza shop around the corner, it's much better.

The bad: - I was overcharged for my burrito despite the final person on the line telling the cashier what I ordered (They rang me up for steak when I ordered chicken---I had to wait around for a couple of minutes and ask for the correct charge). - They didn't have 3 out of 4 salsas or sour cream when I was building my burrito. - The salsa/lettuce/guac part of the line was filthy with random leftovers on the line that didnt make it into a bowl or burrito. - I was told I couldn't order chips because they were out despite the fact that I could see chips behind the counter....(I didn't want to push it because I already had to dispute my bill) The strange: - The 2 dudes in front of me were high as a kite (and they were saying this out loud to the workers behind the counter) and ordered weirdly - The dude behind me got an overloaded chicken bowl for a special discount because he knew the person on the meat part of the line....combined with the fact that I was overcharged this left a very bad taste in my mouth This location used to be fine, but lately they seem to have fallen off in quality and I had a bad experience tonight.

In 6 years of going to this location, I think my order has been made correctly once. At first I thought it was all the college kids working who needed to get used to a job, but it happens no matter what time of year Ive gone. Ive stopped picking up DoorDash from here when I deliver because the folks behind the counter stare at you like youre stupid. Ive literally seen my order sitting on the shelf over their heads and they catch an attitude when you ask for it. A few times ago I decided to go for lunch on my break. It was 11:15. Internet days they open at 10:45. The door was locked and the people behind the counter just stared when a group of dental hygienists knocked. I worked in food service for 5+ years. I know its tough. But the consistent poor service and incorrect orders tells me the management there needs some serious work.
