I reserved a room and I ended up not needing it and I canceled a few hours later. On there site it said there would be a cancelation fee if canceled (a fee is not the whole amount!). I got an email saying they would refund me minus the cancelation fee. It ended up being the whole amount of the reservation.! Just a warning to all who are considering reserving a room here!

Ok if I could give zero stars for hospitality and service and rooms I would this place is disgusting I had to stay there for a week sense I was homeless I voiced concerns about my room and I was told if I don't like it I can leave also I had a dog it says 20 dollar flat fee here it's nightly but the people down from me had one and they never paid for it. They pick and choose who does what there and the rooms are gross busted tiles holes in the wall room smelt like cigarettes the smell smacks u in the face as soon as you open the door and I chose non smoking sense i had a heart attack in September the cable went out they had to change tvs which i got a attitude about breakfast is a pack of oatmeal and a honey bun im sorry the red roof is the same price and they serve hot breakfast for 97 a night i expect more not to mention the stains on the sides of the matress rhe burn holes in the blankets I mean what kind of place are u running here needs shut down if u ask me people are so rude.
