        I had a positive experience with John (and I believe Patrick, if I'm correctly recalling his name). Yes, it's hard to contact them over the phone. Once you do though, or get help in person, they are exceptional. I rented a Tesla Model 3. I am a Tesla owner, so I'm familiar with the ecosystem. I have a Model Y Performance and wanted to try a M3 in the winter. The cars are a bit worn, but people abuse cars. Thanks, all!!

        incredibly painful car rental experience. vehicle left us stranded and could not reach anyone for help for hours. then was overcharged to make it worse!!!!! such a nightmare
