I used this company based off of the two reviews posted, both were "5-stars." I would give "0-stars" if that was available. I spoke to who I think was the owner on the phone. He was completely rude on the phone as if he was doing me a favor to schedule an appointment for a quote. While on the phone with him, he was having a conversation with two different people in a different language. I find this to be very rude. I should have not even scheduled the quote after the phone experience but I needed the cleaning to be done so I went against my better judgement. Again, I think the owner of the business came out to do the quote. No one ever introduced themselves at any point during any contact. I had one of my employees meet him there as I had an emergency meeting. The employee I sent was a female. For her safety I asked her to call me and keep the phone call going so I could know if she was in any danger. I'm glad to report she was never in any danger. However, this person who did come out was 100% rude. He did not introduce himself, made semi-off color comments to a female, and was 34 minutes late when he said he was running 5 minutes late. Nothing good with this "company." Just do yourself a favor and call anyone else, I mean ANYONE else. You're welcome!

Had my condo done by this company they are new to the area but who going to complain for $50 bucks when everyone else is charging $79 and up and plus the owner is so great

My expierence was exceptional Jeff did a great job cleaning my dryer vent!!! He came no rush he explained every detail as he was doing thru it and even found my complicated outside vent Thank you so much and reach out to me for recommendations great great great company
