Excellent service! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Worth EVERY dollar! Bob and his assistant are the perfect blend of personable & professional. A treasure of a find. Will continue to use them as long as they are in business. I have known & admired their work for over a decade and finally called them as a first time customer and was so glad I did! I have been grinning from ear to ear since they were here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Side note: We had a "snafu" with the main water source and Bob immediately went into action with an alternative plan to get the job done so as to complete the service! It was a great experience working with Bob and his staff Dave and Kelly. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable about carpet, timely response and a pleasure to do business. I had several area rugs cleaned in the past by professional carpet companies that came to the house and steamed cleaned the rugs but the rugs never seemed clean; the rugs stayed damp for hours, seemed stiff with lingering dirt and stains were still obvious. Bob and his team removed the rugs, cleaned them at their factory and returned them a couple weeks later. What a difference!! The dirt, pet stains and odors are gone. They also steam cleaned the carpet on 2 staircases which came up brighter than what was done by others in the past. I would highly recommend this company and thank them for great service.

Bob and his team have been cleaning our carpets, throw rugs and various furniture cleaning for about 15 years now. Bob is ALWAYS professional and friendly and gives a very fair price EVERY time. Even better, whenever my wife and I see Bob it feels like we are seeing an old friend and we always play a little catch up on our families and lives. I strongly suggest Bob and his dedicated team. Bob Louv and All American Carpet are very professional.  They were the only company that actually came out to see the furniture for an estimate.  All other copies just gave a verbal over the phone.  Excellent work.  We will definitely us them again.  Jill Geiger, General Manager for Morgandale Condominium Association.
