We are currently tenet's, We just resigned our lease for another year, We love it here, the staff is very friendly an helpful, Very pet friendly neighborhood, quiet neighbors!

Lived on the third floor here for a bit and loved the vaulted ceilings. Community is tucked back and quiet. Very Cozy feel compared to some higher rise apartments. Washer and Dryer in the apartment!!

The team is very helpful and responsive. The area is well maintained; feels like a park. Lots of fun events for residents and pet friendly!!!

We loved our time at Eagle Ridge. Being in our apartment was a great escape from the busy-ness of Monroeville's main thoroughfares and Pittsburgh's traffic. Idyllic setting, beautiful pools, nice tennis court (we used for pickleball), great fitness center, and stylish lounge/business center, yet all just minutes from any store you need, and 30 minutes from downtown. The management team was so helpful and empathetic with our special needs situation, and we were very comfortable in the spacious rooms with tons of closet space and our own patio. Great for walking our dog, too. Thanks to Ian and Olivia and the rest of the crew for helping to make Eagle Ridge a true "home away from home." We highly recommend Eagle Ridge!

Generally Poorly and Dishonestly Managed. >Management will frequently promise refunds for incorrect charges, but then not make good on their promise to refund the charges. Example: (Not having renter's insurance submitted, even though you submitted it) >Parking situation is consistently bad, forcing you to part in fire lane/incorrect spot and risk + often get towed for doing so. The apartment itself is fine, but try to find an alternative and avoid this complex.
