Walnut Crossings

I chose this apartment because of Sydneys(Sorry if I spelled it wrong) welcoming personality. Sweet and informative. Presented things very well to me. I also like that there are community events where I get to meet people. You can live somewhere that looks nice and has great amenities but the people that you deal with can make all the difference in how you see a place. I am not a confrontational person and I like handling things very civilized. I havent been here that long and have already had a few maintenance issues which is fine but if something goes wrong, you would expect staff to be more apologetic and eager to put a residents mind at ease but what I got was a very cold you mustve done something. I in fact did not do anything. It makes me hesitant to go to them with problems I may be having. I should feel comfortable enough to talk to staff. I no longer am. Maybe I will change this review in the future but this is what it is right now.

Dont move in there they say best of city living and its the best rubbery living one of there employees used they back up keys and opened our Appartment and took money and my wifes jewelry and my sons savings.

Youll see a lot of post about Michael & Sydney. Theyre literally the devil. Amy was an angel. She was the manager before Michael recently stepped in, totally down hill after that. This place has rats, say used syringes out front. Raccoons everywhere. Dirty youre better off to move to inner city projects like Crawford Village.

Mike and Sidney were great in addressing my needs and concerns with upgrades/replacements in my apartment. I look forward to another year at Walnut Crossings and more after that. Will recommend Walnut Crossings to anyone looking for an apartment. They do a lot of events each months for the residence. Due to my schedule not able to attend them but its nice the different things they do for the residence.
