Jermaine goes above and beyond to help his clients. I am so pleased I managed to connect with him when I started searching for our new home. Jermaine advised us through the whole process (which wasn't straightforward as we were doing it from overseas). He listened intently to what we needed and focused our search so we could rapidly find the home we wanted; he took us around Philadelphia to look at places but also showed us the neighbourhoods and provided lots of useful information about the areas we visited relevant to our own needs (he does his homework); he then helped us through the closing process which was fabulous as we were unfamiliar with the US/PA sales process - Jermaine's calm guidance and willingness to connect at crazy hours due to our time zone differences was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Jermaine 100% as an agent if you are looking to move to the Philadelphia area!

I dont know where to begin. Being a first time home buyer can be extremely stressful & nerve wrenching but when you have the right realtor in your corner, it makes this whole process enjoyable, stress free & extremely informational. The fact that he still had my name & number stored in his phone from 2019 when I was searching for a home but wasn't ready, says alot about him. Jermaine is definitely a force to be wreckoned with. His extremely welcoming demeanor, his softtone voice, his knowledge of the whole home buying field is truly amazing. The patience he has is sooo very welcoming. Jermaine has takin the time to explain & advise me on every home buying desicion that I am making. He has answered all of my questions with the most honest responses that I so greatly needed. Even when I would feel weary about a situation, he would definitely put my mind at ease. I am truly truly grateful to have found you Jermaine as my realtor. Jermaine is the best! As a first time investment property buyer I had a lot of questions, which he was able to answer and made me comfortable prior to closing. He was there every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. I will surely use him in the future and recommend him to everyone I know!
