Wow, wow, wow. Brooke is fantastic. The very first thing we asked Brooke to do for us while we were looking for a house in Pittsburgh, was to show us 10 houses in one day. TEN HOUSES IN ONE DAY. And she didn't even bat an eye! (Although she did enlist her husband to be a chauffeur :-p) Honestly, that first act Brooke did for us is the perfect book-cover for how she treated us through the rest of the process. She was a calm, kind, and patient energy while my partner and I hashed and rehashed our opinions on homes, chiming in as needed and helping us see how each home could be a great home (and urged us away from the scary ones!). This, added to her confident knowledge of the home buying process, made us feel secure throughout our time with her. My partner and I did not live in the state at the time and Brooke was there for us to help in anyway she could. She offered to meet the inspector at the house for us when we weren't able, and even jumped in on small things like helping us find and acquire new thermostats for the home. Also, her guiding us through the purchase process got us a better deal in the end ;) In short: Find yourself a Brooke. Or better yet, just use our Brooke. She's awesome.

Diane was very helpful in finding the perfect home for My wife and I. She listened to Our needs And Proceeded to find us many homes to consider and Was very helpful during the negotiations for the One we decided to purchase. We would recommend Diane and her team to Anyone looking for a new home.
