Love it here its always quiet! They always come and get everything fixed right away no need to call 500 time for the same thing! The maintenance people are also so nice! Its a nice area and I would highly recommend Carsonia manor!

I have lived here for almost 5 years with my partner. In my 63 yrs of life I've rented a few times and had interactions with multiple leasing agents/landlords. I can easily repeat what so many others have said here, but let me add a few things. The area here is really nice, the grocery store half block away, Intels ice cream shop right up the street, the park with a pool 3 blocks away, and a really quiet neighborhood. We have a 2nd floor apt with a view of the trees at the window and its so nice to feel that "outdoor " wide open space feel when your in an apt. Washer and dryer right at the bottom of the steps, trash disposal so convenient, mail right at my door, and a reserved off street parking space. Can you beat that? well, let me add this: lawn is mowed, everything so manicured, and snow removal including right up to our door and salt added. Now for the best part or part:Mike Mike is our maintenance man. You see him always busy doing something, but never ever with a frown. Mike always has a smile and a wave. Will ask if everything is ok, and gets the job done pronto. Ok - I got to meet Oscar !! Our manager now , and omg - he is super nice . Always greets me , asks if Im ok , asks if our home is ok and do we need anything . He takes his time with me, answers all my questions. He and Mike tag team and are always busy doing things . I will admit that I did not think anyone could fill our last managers shoes - but I was wrong : Oscar is absolutely the best !! Way to go K&S , you brought a winner on board !! Honestly, if your looking for an apt and can get in here, do it!!!! For real, this is the place to rent. You will have zero regrets.
