Very overpriced for the quality of living they provide. Starting off with them not being ready for us to move in at the beginning of the year and not even having the lock system worked out which is a major safety issue. Moreover the apartment was not clean, my toilet was clogged with construction material and they did not provide a cleaning service until much later on when I had already needed to do a full cleanup myself. In addition many of the amenities and places are not cleaned regularly especially in building 2 like the lounge and the balcony area and even the stairwell. Many times when you try to talk to them they just echo the same response without actually solving or addressing your problem but make it seem as if youre not understanding. The trash disposal service can be very inconsistent and they sometimes just skip out on days theyre supposed to take it out. Also the sound isolation is really bad, I once even heard the people in the apt above me whistling.

Place was not ready when moved into at the beginning of the semester. There's no communication when dealing with a complaint. My neighbors are going at it like rabbits and they're so loud that eventually I put in a noise complaint. 2 months later and still no update or reply. People constantly running down the hallways sounding like a heard of elephants. If you want a quiet place, this place is not it. They never clean the stairwells and I guess the no smoking doesn't apply to vapes? The way they have the rules for trash is confusing since they send multiple emails about it.

Aspen has been a horrible living experience. We pay a lot for utilities, and the rent is very high (I do not mind the rent as it was supposed to come with excellent service and amenities. However, it did not meet the standard) for a place that is not downtown yet we do not get our money worth. I have had several issues with the amenities and management. I am not the only one who has had these issues; all my neighbors are complaining. The staff are extremely rude. They appear friendly at first, but they barely fulfill your needs and shrug you off (unless you are coming to sign the lease, they are accommodating. This helpfulness comes for personal gains. Once you sign the lease, try interacting with them, and you will notice the difference). The trash service is exceptionally horrible and inconsistent. The trash disposal is not open for no good reason. The swimming pool and the tub are not covered and are now fully frozen. There is supposed to be a "24/7 coffee machine" in the lobby, but they are always out of coffee. The lobby downstairs in building 2 is not open. Every now and then, they want to charge you extra for this and that, yet they fail to meet the standard they preach in their tours. They enrolled everyone in an auto credit service that charges more than rent. They keep reading me to it whenever I try to omit the fee. I never usually write reviews or complain, but I am fed up. Aspen has done enough and lied a lot. Honestly, if you are willing to pay this much for rent, go somewhere else with better staff and service.
