they had 4 tellers behind the counter and still didnt take me for 15 minutes and I was not even welcomed or acknowledged upon walking in, then i waited another 15 minutes for the baker to come speak to me. I will be closing my account with M&T next week because of this, Ive never had such poor and slow service at a bank.

Absolutely horrible. They don't know what they're doing. Had 5 cars behind me go before me. They move slower than my 81 year old father who has Alzheimer's. Rude attitude. Won't be coming back to this branch ever.

The workers at this bank are very rude to their customers! My grandmother and mother went in looking for service and a woman at the front desk was short and cold with her words towards them. She said she was new but that is no excuse. This your job, act like you want to keep it! They chose to go to another location due to the horrible service at this one.

Horrible customer service. Very disorganized. Definitely will never get any more business from our family and will be telling everyone else to avoid this place!
