Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel quiet overall. Pool was smaller but heated. Hit tub not working at time of visit unfortunately.
Food & drinks: So many restaurants and plazas near hotel. Plenty to choose from.

Very nice, quiet place. Can't comment on the breffus, as I left at 4am. I'll stay here again when in the area.

4.5 star should be my rating, but not an option. Hot tub inoperable was a big letdown. Weekday breakfast was disappointing because it had way options (due to staff shortage) than the weekend breakfast, which was fully staffed, stocked, and kind of awesome. Especially since their were so many kids for a dance competition staying that weekend.
Curtains in the room could use more easy coverage. The pillows were meh.
Staff was stellar! If you want full maid service , extra pool towels, or pictures taken, then ask. Because the staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff, when experiencing a slow point, will ask to be of service, which is a high-level hotel behavior.
We were dressed for a special night out, and the staffer made and sent pictures to us that were way better than ours would have been.
Infused cold water in the lobby at all times is also a higher level of service.
Hotel was easy travel to all the weekend adventures we planned for our York mini vacation.
Rooms: Clean and functional. Lots of extra space in the king room.
Nearby activities: So many outdoor self guided walking art tours!
Business center great resource to get needed tickets printed.
Safety: Feel like the weirdness of the driveway into the property makes for a safer stay. Staff was attentive and solicitous of our comfort when possible over intenteraction with a live-in guest was observed. It was OK, as our family has special needs individuals too, and it was good and appreciated that they checked in with us. If the situation were reverse, then this staffer seemed like they would be kind and firm in redirecting of attention to appropriate levels elsewhere.
