I have known Amy professionally for several years now, so my opinions come from personal and professional experiences.
As a representative of nonprofit organization I sought other mortgage professionals to speak at engagements to assist 1st time home buyers. These buyers would have little to no understanding of the home buying industry through a mortgage lenders viewpoint. Many times they were taking a course to prepare themselves to be eligible to buy a house. Some would need to rebuild credit and others needed to work on their down payment situation. Amy was able to educate them in both areas while keeping the tone upbeat and positive because buy in your first home can be very frustrating experience and she understands this.
When it came time for me to sell my first home and buy my current home, she was the mortgage professional I immediately turned to. I trust her. I know that she will give me sound advice as if I were her family member. For me, that's golden. I have close family who owned mortgage and home brokerage companies, they agreed with the options she came up with to keep as much of my cash in my pocket while keeping the mortgage affordable.
Because of my background, she would ask if I needed technical clarification o not.
As you can see, Amy is a well rounded professional which is very valuable at any level of home buying. She knows her products and how to make the end result work for you. She is fun and personable. I highly recommend using her services.
