So let's talk about dead end jobs. I was recently brought on as a temp and from day 1 I knew this was not the place for me. The supervisors are all friends or related in someway so the only way you ever get to advance in the place is if you in. If you black or Latino your pretty much beat from the rip. The only bonus they give is free food on Monday and Friday. The proformance bonus is a sham no one gets it (and don't let them come on here and say otherwise no employees get that bonus) (we nick named it the unicorn cause you can never catch it) They will constantly threaten you with being fired. And to finish they will say you only work 8 hours but will mandate overtime everyday and despite your personal issues if you can't stay longer then 8 hours they will fire you! Don't believe me? Get a job there today! I promise they are hiring and see for yourself. Or save yourself the 3 months of bull and go elsewhere let this company finish folding up already.

I work here I pull orders for Decking all up and down the E. Coast. They bought lunch today Around the clock. Turkey over stuffing and gravy. Eating it on the deck.
