Two drinks ordered clearly. Two drinks made incorrectly and then offered to "make it better" by adding a shot of flavor to the iced coffee. That doesn't make an iced latte. You don't deserve minimum wage. The woman in the drive-thru was clearly an adult and this is embarrassing to our education system.

I regret my decision every time I order from this location. Take your pick, wrong order, rude staff, longest drive thru wait for such a small amount of cars in line. Thought to order ahead this morning with the mobile app thinking this would be the smart move. Walked in 10 minutes after ordering and only THEN did someone grab the slip to start making our order. I had to leave without my order. I understand how busy those places can get, Ive worked at a donut place when I was younger. But if my management EVER saw a fraction of the way this place is run I know they would say its time for new management. Get yourself together you are giving this company a bad name.

Hi. Stop in this morning for my daily iced coffee. I got there at 5:03 a.m. and was snaped at thue the intercom again.this was the 3rd time...tired of feeling like a burden .most of the staff are friendly ..
