If you are ever in need of a Real estate agent who is professional, personable, attentive, and responsive Mitch Fienstein is your guy! He made my move from New York to Rhode Island super easy, and is one of the best people Ive had a pleasure to work with. Super thankful to have came across such a wonderful agent. 10/10 recommend.

Chris and Kyle were great to work with during the purchase of my home. They were both very responsive and informative during the process. I would recommend working with them if you are looking to buy a home in Bristol.

Be aware. Very deceitful! We brought him the client, he never made the deal happen. We hired another realtor, gave him the same client and the new realtor secured the deal. BUT because Chris put a clause in his contractor of 180 days after his contract ends and the property sells to one of the same clients (which we should have never signed/or agreed to), he was entitled to his percentage!! We called to negotiate the percentage but he gave us such an attitude! Money makes people evil! So he received a percentage from the sale but did nothing to deserve it!!!! He will say otherwise!!!!! He is wrong!!!! Beware before you hire this person! READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!! We will never recommend him to anyone! FACT: We never "waited" for the contractor to end! FACT: We hired another realtor and told the buyer he had to deal with the new realtor. FACT: The other realtor got the deal done! FACT: We called Chris to negotiate the commission and he was extremely unprofessional in his response and was not willing to compromise! FACT: Brought us an offer and when we asked for his professional opinion, he gave us an amount to counter with and then we never heard another word! FACT: Greed is evil! FACT: We were 4 weeks away from 180 day clause to end BUT being compassionate human beings, we did not do that!!
