Both doctors appeared to be lacking time to spend with patients to do a proper full exam the last two times I was there. Walking out the door in a hurry because Dr Xao was overbooked did a quick look saying "it's ok" as I show her a spot under my arm, is not a proper method of diagnosis. You are the best Dermatologists and I haven't left for that reason. My last two visits I speak about only. You can also read my first review about sitting and being patient because a good doctor is worth waiting for in the waiting room. That would be under the name "Sprite" I ascertain that this is because there's been a big change and people are acclimating themselves to new co workers patients & doctors.

The staff is always so professional and helpful. I love being able to get into the dermatologist or Spa.

Coastal Dermatology was a breath of fresh air for me! Jason at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout my entire appointment process. Both doctors were excellent, when I had a minor issue with my excision they took me right away first thing and put my mind at ease. I am very grateful for this office!

Every time I come here, I check in before a bunch of other patients, and yet, everyone after me is always called. It feels like they think I'm less important than other people or they are double/triple booking appointments. I always end up waiting 15-30 minutes even when I'm early or on time. I like my Dr but idk.
