        NEVER CAME BACK OUT TO FIX THE MISTAKES THAT THEY MADE. POOR WORKSMANSHIP THAT THEY DID. I HAD GIVEN THEM A GOOD REVIEW BEFORE, BUT I TAKE THAT BACK. THEY ARE A TRASH COMPANY WITH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND I ALREADY HAVE A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACHING THEIR CONTRACT AND FOR FAULTY REPAIRS. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT A TERRIBLE OUTCOME. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND TRUST. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED. 1ST TIME HOME OWNER AND I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THIER MISTAKES.         Now in retrospect these guy's suck ! FN thieves happy they lost their franchise with 911 Restoration! Shitty workmanship, bullshit artists, so long u bunch of unqualified losers! Happy to have connected with a man named David out of Mass that took over the crap left behind by the other bunch of thieves and unqualified workers. I am sure things will be much better dealing with this new guy his vibe being very honest about what happened with the first crew. But will still search for other companies to compare services. SO LONG 911 RESTORATION OF CRANSTONKARMA HAS A STRANGE WAY OF FN WITH YOU DOESN'T IT?

        We needed a kitchen remodeled after a pipe bursted in our basement. They will design it how ever they want and say that what you picked was out of stock. Their work is not guaranteed because we have mold that grew on the cardboard ceiling they installed in my basement. They also said they would not come back and replace it until we started paying on the deductible. I did so and they still have yet to come back. They stopped returning emails and phone calls. They use threats to get money owed. They also wait until the last minute to even start the job. They also Got my house confused for another house in a different city. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN. Avoid the scam, stress, and drama. Lesson learned: call your insurance company instead of them. Services: Flooring, Plumbing, Remodeling
