My second stretch today, it was with Kahla. First one was with Valentina. Loved them both. I was very nervous going in, not knowing what to expect and being afraid of pain as my flexibility is non existent. It turned out to be a very comfortable and relaxing experience (with pretty intense stretches). I am already set up for my next stretch and am looking forward to it.

Cant say enough positive things about this facility and Jeff and Christine. The attention to detail that both had in terms of my specific issues is truly astounding, they remembered conversations we had in previous appointments so they genuinely care and listen to you, and both just made me feel extremely comfortable during the appointments. If I wasnt moving, I would be coming back on a regular basis. The facility is clean and well maintained, the owner or manager also makes it a point to remember customers and engage them which I always appreciate in a business. If youre a first timer, I absolutely recommend Jeff and Christine! They cared for not only my physical welfare but mental as well and taught me a lot about my own body and great practices to continue outside of my appointments.

Have only been for 4 visits but will be making this a weekly event. Came here to improve my golf game. After an initial assessment my flexibility has improved significantly, and I'm finding it easier to swing the clubs. It is definately worth a visit (or two).

I love this place! I have had chronic pain for years and have done PT and the chiro to assist with my pain but Its been amazing having manually assisted stretches. I am grateful for the awesome staff at Stretchlab.
