I called Jeff after I found a leak in my basement that was traced back to my heating lines. I called another plumber who told me with the holidays he was 2 weeks out, the next guy told me he would come Friday. He was 3 hours later than he estimated and then told me he only worked on copper lines and not PEX. I called Jeff because I was hoping someone local would get here quicker if they were close. When I called he actually answered his phone! It was the Friday after Thanksgiving but he said he could come out Monday. He called me to let me know when he was on his way out so I could get a partial day of work in. He was punctual, clean, very professional and we won't have to cancel Christmas.
Saved his number and will call him first next time.
