I went to this Dunkin this past week and sat there for ten minutes while a worker named Caliegh who was sitting on their phone ignoring me and not helping coworkers. She was rude, miserable and unwelcoming. With her service, I and everyone I know will never be coming here again!

Put in an online order this morning.. clearly states on my receipt that I wanted 4 PLAIN bagels toasted with cream cheese.. they gave me 4 everything bagels.. now how do they know one of my kids that would be eating them dont have an allergy to that stuff..

Super nice Dunkin. There doing a great job during the pandemic too. Lobby open nice friendly people great drive too

I asked for extra creame cheese and all I got was a heaping pile of sour snot. There's also a shortage of food every day and I never start my day off right this being the only fast food out here in East bum

This Dunkin SUCKS!!!: I use to go there everyday..for ice coffee but haven't been there for 2 months cause of the service. I go to the other one up the street. The line outside takes forever!! Also the line inside... After waiting about 10 to 15 minutes to place a order they get wrong. It shouldn't be wrong with the price you pay for everything plus the waiting.. Anyway the service is terrible. I just went there anhour ago, which I haven't been there for couple months. Guess what!! My order and my friends order was wrong. I brought them back inside to get new one's, wrong again?!?!?! We left.. Never again
