Welcome to Rhode Island Septic Design and Installations, Inc.! Our company is a family-owned and operated septic installation and repair service. We have been serving the state for over 60 years and three generations! Previously known as Rhode Island Septic Services, Inc., we recently reorganized our business to streamline our operations, and we no longer offer pumping services. Our crew only consists of highly certified and experienced members who have continued their ongoing education in the field at the University of Rhode Island to ensure the work we complete for you is very thorough and of high quality. We are proud members of the Rhode Island Independent Contractors Association and are fully certified for every service we provide.

Purchased a new property in the Summer of 2023 and took over a septic installation project from the previous owner. Despite lots of road blocks through the real estate process/state regulators, Mike and Cathy were awesome to work with. They were transparent about their cost and timelines and super efficient. They were a delight to work with, this was a very stressful process for me and they were able to keep me at ease treating their customers with kindness and respect. I wish I could give them 100 stars, they truly went above and beyond and I would not have been able to successfully purchase my first home without their flexibility and expertise in the field. Mike and Cathy, thank you SO much! We will never forget you both and our great experience with your company :)

Everything about this process was great! Cathy in the office was so helpful when we were first trying to figure out how to begin, offering us useful advice before they even had us as a client. Their price was fair and they showed up on time, each time. They did a great job, went over and above trying to help us minimize tree damage and left our property in better shape than when they arrived. Highly recommend them!! The best experience. Thank you!
