The ocean view rooms are a steal if you go off season. Don't expect big hotel amenities. Just go for a quick getaway and enjoy the beautiful New England town.

The cleaning staff stole from us and the front desk people covered it up despite photographic evidence of the items taken from the room. Front desk lady was extremely rude in phone calls and in person.

The Atlantic House is a hidden jewel.
We go there 2-3 times a year.
The people are very accommodating. The view is spectacular, especially on a clear nite. You can see the Newport bridge ... Jamestown in the distance. Even in the Winters, the warm water keeps the temperatures moderate.
Every time we go there, there are always improvements.
Please don't tell anyone. We want to keep it a hidden jewel.
Walkability: Major eateries are within walking distance.
