My wife and I were looking for a home close to URI. Before we had even contacted a realtor, we stopped at an open house that, by chance, Chad was hosting. After a few minutes talking to him, my wife and I said to each other "He should be OUR realtor!". He was amazing from the beginning of our search until closing. We are very picky, and he was patient and gracious throughout. He was always one step ahead of us, anticipating our needs every step of the way. The folks he recommended for the house inspection and the title company were top notch. In fact, thanks to a very thorough house inspection, we avoided making a poor and probably costly choice. We've ended up with the perfect house for our needs. We owe a debt of gratitude to Chad for his diligence and effort. We felt cared for throughout the process. It was a real pleasure to work with him and I recommend him enthusiastically!
