Stayed here in Oct for a birthday weekend getaway, and it was such a lovely experience. Very clean room, the jacuzzi was so nice, and the wine & snacks in the main area are a really nice offer for guests. Morgan was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great too, made fresh from options you choose the night before, no complaints there. Location is perfect too, very close to so much to experience in Newport. I enjoyed it so much I just recently called to book another weekend in April. There was a huge mix up with booking and a problem was encountered, but Morgan the owner, personally called me and handled the issue extremely professionally. We are very excited to stay here again and support a business that cares and goes above & beyond to make matters right. Thank you!

Stayed for three nights on a recent vacation to Newport. The property is lovely, the staff very nice, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good (the French Toast was especially delicious!). There are bowls of candy all the time and wine and snacks in the evening.
The location is terrific, an easy walk from many restaurants and cafes and an easy drive to all the attractions. Would definitely stay there again if we're ever in Newport.

Clean, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. Great communication with our hosts. Many small attentions to details that made stay extra special.

What a hassle free check in and the breakfast is so good. Room was really nice with very comfortable beds.

Great service, friendly staff, good location & most importantly, clean rooms. Added bonus was the adorable dog that greeted us. Can't wait to come back!
