After items were stolen from my storage unit, it took them six months of endless back-and-forth, all documentation and pics were provided, spoke with their hired private investigator, only to deny my claim. It like they needed the burglar to leave his contact information so they could verify what he stole to pay me out. Don't sell insurance if you have no intention providing the coverage and customer service when something goes wrong. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere Falvey Insurance doesn't value your time or patronage.

We recently took delivery on our furniture that was stored with On The Move Storage. We purchased insurance with Falvey on the recommendation of Ian at On The Move. We were told it would cover any damages incurred. We paid $25.00 per month. When we recieved our pod with furniture, our antique cedar chest was missing a leg. The leg snapped off sometime between professional movers packing it and arriving at our new home Sept. 2024. We notified On The Move and we're told to contact Falvey. It should be taken care of. Six months after submitting our claim we received an email denying our claim. Not their problem. They told us the insurance doesn't cover damages. What a joke. We feel ripped off and that the insurance company has not intention of paying out. Now after taking 6 months to decline our claim and a month to reach out to us after writing my review, you have the nerve to tell me to contact your person??? Really. Why waste my time with you. You should be reaching out to us. We are the disappointed customer who's money you took
