Jeff and team helped us settle a catastrophic loss when our house burned to the ground two days before it was to be sold. By sheer fortune we had retained a lawyer on a separate matter related to the claim and he recommended Jeff's services. I cannot tell you what a break that was! Jeff and his team brought deep knowledge, professional demeanor and patient responsiveness to assist us through the complex and confusing insurance claims process. Jeff's knowledge of insurance claims- the models, algorithms and work processes employed to calculate claims is world class. I am sure he understands them better than the company's own employees.
