Jack is awesome. He's not one of these Chamber of Commerce guys focused on.everything but their clients. Due to a major medical condition I am taking a hiatus from.driving and insurance. Great insurance just not the agents when it comes to refunding your payments and communication horrible! Make sure that you ask for an agent in Pawtucket office if not you will get a random agent! Overall experience here thought me not to work with 3 parties unless youre positive you will have a great business relationship!

Jack doesn't just sell you insurance and then forgets about you. Jack stays in touch throughout the year, even sending you birthday wishes when your day rolls around. He is quick to respond with any questions or concerns and helps make sure you have the coverages you need for your particular circumstances. I have been a customer of Allstate, in one way or another, for the past 9 years and I feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
