I had to take time off from work because of a shoulder injury that was causing pain down into my wrist, making it really painful to type or use a mouse. When Hope worked with me on my way of sitting, I learned it was actually hip tension that was causing me to round my lower back, slump and tense my neck which was causing my wrists to painfully tighten. My sitting posture was affecting my whole arm. Hope helped me learn how to release my neck and allow my hips to join up with the natural flow of the back and spine.This was not something I would have ever discovered on my own. Now I feel stronger and I have the feeling back in my arm. Even better, I can sit comfortably on a meditation cushion because I know how to sit properly without gripping or slumping. The body is amazing and so is Hope's expertise! Thanks Hope!
