        The suites are wonderful. The beautiful older woman at the front desk is sensational. The younger woman was always rude, and it felt as if I was always bothering her. Housekeeping is minimal. No extra perks like brewed coffee in the lobby. The coffee in the room was very old. I didn't enjoy the cafeteria that was attached. Safety: I liked that only guest could enter the elevator.

        No parking on site even if handicapped. Walkway from garage to hotel closed off. Very weird charge of $50 a night deposit but not applied to anything. Blinds wouldn't close in room, broken, sun shine right into room every morning 6 am. Coffee accessories but no coffee maker and when we asked we were told they were sold out. Will never stay there again if I can help it. Was a sports event, we were assigned. So not impressed. Just an old tired hotel with some fairly cool key cards.
