My friend stayed here for long term (a few months) and I visited several times. He would rave about how much he loved the cleaning service here. Its a little tacky inside for me but they seemed to like it. The hallways and stuff are a bit creepy and there never seems to be anyone at the front desk but he had a balcony suite so he could just throw his keys down to me outside. The only time I talked to a desk person I asked about the rates and they pretty much told me I couldnt stay there if I wanted to and gave me no additional information lol but the people who did live here really liked it.

Now I only stated Providence for one night, but this place provided everything I needed. The staff was nice but let it be known that you shouldn't arrive before your check in time, even if it's 5 minutes. Anyway when I got to my room I found four wine glasses, some chocolates, and I think a little bit of wine though I could be wrong. Anyway there is a nice little note welcoming me and also a nice envelope where I could leave a tip for housekeeping. I had a living room, two bedrooms, balcony overlooking DePasquale Square, free breakfast passes, and a bathroom with a bathtub that had Whirlpool Jets, which I really needed at that point in my East Coast Adventure. I had a wonderful stay and I felt fully rested by the next day. Looking forward to staying there again when I return to Providence, as it is conveniently located in my favorite part of town. I definitely recommend for a vacation stay, However I don't know how dealing with them on a long-term basis is but I'm sure it's fine. Anyway give this place a shot enjoy the restaurants, shops, and overall atmosphere of Atwell Avenue and DePasquale square.
