Everyone was helpful and friendly. Forgot my daughters dance outfit and didn't realize until a month later. Called the hotel and they had it put aside in their lost and found. Very helpful with arranging to pick it up. If we didn't need it right away they would of shipped it to us. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were nice and clean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

We really felt at home at hotel. Great view of capital out room window. Service was always friendly and with smile. Valet parking made it easier.
Walkability: Cross walks seem to take forever to change, but the walk from hotel to downtown was pleasant.

Went with a group. Hotel is immaculate, staff is friendly & helpful. Banquet room for breakfast & dinner for our group was set up on time and attended to promptly. Banquet staff were excellent!!
My only issue was the parking. Valet only. I like immediate access to my vehicle, which I did not have. Other than that it was a great experience.

Great rooms, good service, excellent restaurant! Only disappointment was evening Club server Susan ~ obnoxious and just plain mean to guests, all unnecessary, happened on three different occasions.
