Body Soul Inspired Personal Training

Ive been working with Vinny for two years, and it has completely changed my life. Im a student athlete, and my athletic career has taken off and in this years new season of tennis Im ranked number one in the school district! Im building lots of strength, muscle size and tone, and Im feeling GREAT about myself!

I have been attending personal training session for 6 months now and absolutely love it! I feel stronger, healthier - this is hands down the best part of my day everyday. I work with Vinny and he is one of the best trainers who is able to accommodate any health restrictions and consistently challenges me. Been training with lisa and vinny for over 4 weeks now - they are both amazing! Lisa is thoughtful and understands each client needs are different. She is also an excellent motivator! Vinny makes learning form really simple for strength training, enjoying my time in these sessions - learning consistency and different techniques!

As someone new to working out Body Soul Personal Training was the perfect fit for me. Plenty of free parking and clean and well cared for facility. I've been working with Josafat for the last 5 months. Josafat is an excellent personal trainer. He is always mixing up our sessions so its never boring. I appreciate that Josafat is a great listener and takes my feedback/concerns into consideration when planning our sessions. I really enjoy the positive energy that Josafat and the rest of the team bring to the gym and def. be continuing on my journey into the new year.
