Had the best time yesterday trying a 40 minute sauna sesh followed by a 5 min cold water plunge Never did the cold water plunge before but let me tell you I'm HOOKED. My body felt so incredible and alive after. What an amazing experience. Definitely will be back 12/10 would recommend

If you're looking for a stress free retreat with friendly and hands-off staff, you need to check this out. The facility of a health spa in a self-service environment. It's definitely nice not to have people hovering over you while you relax. Head on down and spend a little time. The staff are friendly and will get you pointed in the right direction. Perfect if you want to just chill and do your own thing with all the facilities to de-stress.

Dont walk, run here! There is literally something for everyone! Every experience Ive had here has been so relaxing and enjoyable. Casey is so caring and attentive to your needs. Each location is a home away from home.

I am currently in the chair getting the em sculpt. I was excited to read about this place and try it out. I book the fire and ice and then an emsculpt treatment. I told the young woman that was working I have never done an ice bath nor the emsculpt. She just basically ushered me into the room said I have 45 minutes and that was that. Okay, a sauna and ice bath are pretty self explanatory. But then I get to the emsculpt, she gives me a strap and was basically ready to leave the room. Im sitting here like okay, do I hold it, what part of the machine is actually going to be contracting, where do people usually place it? She says where you have it looks about rightthe strap keeps falling, I dont know if this thing is on tight enough. I ask her back in the room and she says we can stop the session and I dont have to pay if I dont like it.. I say, I would like the session thats why Im here. She still tells me it looks about right. Still doesnt give me any direction and says this is a wellness place were not really hands on..I am so disappointed, I was hoping to become a member and make this a part of my routine but it just feels like a self service car wash and I dont know how to use the equipment. Waste of time and money.
