Dr. Day Care Smithfield

Our son started here at 8 mo the old and loves going to daycare everyday! The tag communicate very clearly and effectively. I love that they use an app during the day and I can see my sons day in real time. They do enriching activities and he has fun everyday. Its so tough to leave your little one in the hands of others, but the DDC Smithfield, I know my son is happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend this daycare.

Absolutely terrible, broken toys in play yard, teachers over worked and on their phone most of the time at pick up and drop off not welcoming AT all. Teachers complain about being over ratio & administrators will lie to you about it and say the teacher is lying! My daughter only went here for 4 days and they were already discussing termination because she cried for me during nap time!

The best thing we did as parents so far is enroll both of our girls into DDC. It all started 4 years ago and we never looked back! They learn SO much every single day, create friendships, and are so loved and cared for by all of the staff. The staff goes over the top every single day to provide the best experience for our family and everyone else who attends. I highly recommend them and am so thankful for everyone at Dr Day Care Smithfield.

I have been employed full time by Dr Day Care for a little over 3 years now. I have watched all three of my children move throughout the program from infants to toddlers to preschool and now my oldest is moving to pre-k! In the three years they have attended I have never seen anyone love my children more! Every single teacher that they have had has taken my children into their classroom and treated them like their own. The bond my kids have with their teachers puts me at ease. Ive worked at many childcare centers and I have never had an experience as great as at Dr Day Care. Ive seen some poorly run daycare centers but I have to say Dr Day Care is very professionally run. Danielle and Melissa do a wonderful job keeping things running smoothly even in the midst of a global pandemic. Navigating this last year has been difficult but the whole Dr Day Care team has navigated through it together and weve come out stronger. I wouldnt trust my children anywhere else. If you are looking to send your child to daycare then this is it! Dr Day Care Smithfield is an amazing environment and you wont regret the choice to send them! If youre looking for a job in childcare, this center is a great place to build a career with great opportunities to grow while you help to shape the education and lives of our children!
