Think twice before booking at this location booked a room 2/20/24, We picked this location for the pool and jacuzzi SURPRISE the jacuzzi was like taking a ice bath, the pool had so much chemicals in the pool it was cloudy and burnt your eyes. The man who worked the front desk was so rude and if we didn't already pay we would of left and went to the holiday Inn. 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 kids what a joke the office I so far away from our room not even worth the hike to pool or to go get more towels. The rugs in the room had stains all over the room, I wish I had a black light to really see how dirty this room Truly is, won't ever book here again...2/21/24 I was in the pool with my two grandsons I got out of the pool and went to the bathroom the shower knob was broken off so you couldn't use the shower. Being the hand-woven that I am I fixed the shower as I'm in there someone comes knocking on the door. Turns out they where checking on the two brown boys in the pool thinking they were unattended when in fact they had two adults in the pool area. Didn't ask about the two girls who are under the age of 18, just the two brown boys... when I questioned the lady at the front desk she acted like it wasn't her, when I heard her voice when she knocked on the bathroom door making sure An adult was in there. Shame.....

Do not, again I say do not stay here, I travel a lot and I stay in so many hotels, but this is the 1st time I got bed bugs, my whole face is swollen, between the smell of dirty rug, smell of cigarette and then someone decided to stay at the hotel the room infront of mine and have a birthday party that when all the way to 3:00am, my wife call the front desk and like 1/2hr later someone came and they stop screaming, but the next day there was a bottle of beer broken on the walk way, I didn't took any pictures but I'm so disappointed and mad, this place should close or change the administrator, they need to do something, also the parking lot look like people work on their cars because I saw oil in some areas and garbage, I will not stay here again, No matter how busy we are we need to read those reviews before staying in a hotel, this was our mistake, we were so busy and we just took the hotel without reading those reviews, our mistake that now I'm paying for it with my face swollen and a lot of bites, Sonesta shame on you...
