The best mortgage company ever. Bobby and Courtney are amazing and go above and beyond for you. They will help you every step of the way and are the nicest people. They are honest and trustworthy I would recommend to anyone. Bobby is hysterical and will make you feel so comfortable especially when buying a house can be so stressful. Courtney is the nicest and sweetest person. She will always be there to help! Thank you guys!

Prospect Mortgage got me a good rate and executed my mortgage on time for closing, they did their job. The customer service was less than par. At times it was hard to contact my loan specialist; he did reply to my emails but often didn't answer all the questions I had asked. When I met with Prospect Mortgage in person I handed them hard copies of my bank statements. A week later they asked me to fax them in, they had been misplaced. I was frustrated that my personal information on those bank statements was misplaced. I was asked to fax them a 2nd time, which I did, and I was further frustrated by my personal information being once again "misplaced". I was asked to send the bank statements A 3RD TIME, when I had a couple weeks prior handed them the information personally. Rather then send a 3rd fax (all previous faxes showed delivered successfully on the fax machine) I had to drive to Prospect and once again hand them into the office in person. I made it clear at that time that I did not intend to deal with this poor business etiquette in the future and they shouldn't misplace these bank statements again. Overall Prospect hooked me up with a good rate, and did perform the duties I asked them to but there were some bumps in the road and I was really shocked by the lack of professionalism.
