        Guild Mortgage and Dave Bottone made my home purchase simple and quick! I was kept up to date, minute-by-minute actually, as the interest rates were changing. Completing documentation was easy enough with their computer software. Dave was in touch with me at all times, he returned each phone call or text message immediately. I always felt my loan was being shaped to my personal needs, reaching a quick agreement.The seller wanted to close in 30 days and we met that goal without me ever feeling rushed or short-changed in the transaction. I felt the people at Guild Mortgage were just as happy as I was on the day of the closing.
