        The hotel was barely sufficient. Scratchy towels....loud neighbors...when we called the front desk about it...we were told they can't keep everyone quiet...THEN THE FAMILY OF AT LEAST 5 WERE YELLING FOR 2 DAYS...I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AGAIN..THEY APOLOGIZED. BUT DID NOTHING...THE FAMILY WAS FINALLY KICKED OUT...AFTER10PM!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I WILL NEVER STAY HERE NOR RECOMMEND THE BEACH BALL HOTEL TO ANYONE!!

      Hi Donna. You stayed with us for two winter weeks in November of 2019 but not since then. I don't have any notes of there being any problems during your stay so why the one star review? If there's a problem and I don't know about it then I can't address it.
