Rude and very disappointing. I changed carriers because of how unhelpful they were.

Waited for hours. Then was handed wrong phone and had to wait another 45 minutes. And still charged over 150$

Had a complicated situation and Kristina patiently and professionally worked with us for quite a. while and got everything sorted out. Excellent service!
