I recently moved into Residence at Old Carolina in Oct 2023. My experience has been outstandingfriendly neighborhood vibe, apartments are spacious and well kept, property grounds clean, maintenance requests prompt, trash fairy is a great service, friendly office staff, wonderful pool, awesome fire pithighly recommended.
I see some previous reviews where a 1 star was giventhese appear to be from vindictive past residents. Come see for yourself.

I absolutely love it here! From the moment we moved in, we were treated so kindly by the staff! The ladies up front are fantastic, and the maintenance team seems to truly care and want to fix the issues quickly and efficiently. When you drive in it feels like home. Our Pup loves the dog park (bigger than any apartment dog park) and we get to see deer all the time! We love the fire pit, especially on the cold nights we have had recently.

The beginning of the move in process was rocky with a broken patio screen, broken dyer knob, and dirty appliances and front door but I said nothing because I knew they were short staffed and that was all something that could of been fixed with time. We gave our notice due to a job transfer and did everything by the books, gave our notice and gave keys the day of move out. Expecting a move out statement I reach out and ask for a copy of our lease with no response to this date and instead I get charged for January's rent and a late fee and still being listed as current with a delinquency email. I Emailed and called Range water several times with 0 response. The amount of negligence to something as urgent as this is incredibly vile. Will never recommend or live in a Range Water property again.

I have lived here for for three years and it has been amazing. The new management and maintenance team are awesome and truly care about the people that live here and our little community. I don't hesitate to recommend anyone I talk to.
