    I am struggling to get this company to repair a malfunctioning unit they installed at the house I purchased a year ago. Every time the technician comes they each give another story. My electric bill is almost a $1000 monthly. There customer service is rude and disrespectful.

    Haven was in our home today for our 6-month service call. He listened to our questions and had all the right answers. He did an excellent inspection by taking the time to check the unit. He is an asset to Dean.

    Dean Custom Air installed our system when we built our house 6 years ago. Since then we have had numerous problems for which Dean Custom Air did not properly fix or repair our units needing multiple service calls which are expensive. During one service call the technician argued with my husband that they DID NOT install the system. My husband got out the plans and documentation that Dean DID install our system. We have had to pay to take out a faulty compressor unit it the attic, call for multiple service calls since we moved in, and now our second unit has a leak in the coil and we need to purchase a new outside and inside unit, costing us at least $15, 000. When the manager called to see why we were no longer using Dean, I explained the above and he said fine and hung up. Extremely unprofessional, extremely incompetent, and not reliable. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, A/C system repair

    This is our first time having an AC technician do such a thorough maintenance. Jesus G was exceptional. He caught some things that were wrong and explained it well to us. If he wouldn't of caught the issues, it could of cost us a lot more eventually in repairs. He was very nice and professional. We are exceptionally pleased with this company. I will definitely ask for Jesus to be our technician next time we need maintenance. Revised 2023: Not because of the work the technician did went they returned to do an annual check up which is a different time than the above paragraph. I was very busy working at home when the technician asked for me to pay the bill after he was finished. He was very nice and told him to just give me the bill and that I would pay it after I was done later that day. The technician said he couldn't do that and that he would call the office and ask if he could in fact do so. I was shocked. I had a yearly contract with them and always paid on time. I talked with the woman online and she said that it had to be paid right away with the technician. So, the money was not the issue since I had it to pay the bill. It was my asking to do it later that day because I was very busy at the time. I explained all this to the lady and she had a very "I don't care attitude". It made me angry and said I was paying and canceling my contract with them. She didn't even care. I'm no longer with them and I am actually much happier now with Coastal Air Technologies. All the people at Coastal Air are nice. Amazing how one person can damage an entire company. Service: A/C system maintenance
