So, I filled in all my info on their website. No one called me back or emailed as of this Sunday.
For a company that advertises heavily on radio and other media about "How can we make you smile?" You didn't make me smile.

Great experience with R.S. Andrews. Can't say enough about Matthew, or the excellent technicians that installed my 2 new HVAC systems. Would highly recommend this company!

In spite of installing and having a maintenance contract on both a Rheem gas hot water heater and 2 Bryant ductless units they were slow in making emergency repairs, charged for services not needed and refused to honor published rebates in a repair involving a recalled part. Absolutely unacceptable and rude into the bargain

Thomas and LJ were wonderful, knowledgeable and thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I cant recommend them highly enough. By far the best plumbers Ive had in the area.
