        Middleton cove is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone moving to the Charleston area or looking for a new home. The community and the location is absolutely perfect. Also, Debbie along with the rest of the Property Management team goes completely above and beyond any time you need assistance.

        Construction by the creek is a mess. No elevators. Speed bumps are WAY too high.

        Beware of predatory towing company,CBR towing,that patrols the MC parking lots daily,looking for a 206.00 pay day for any parking mistake.No warnings were given. After 6 years of having a handicapped placard with no issues,I forgot to put it down from my mirror one late night. Less that 24 hours later,with no warning,my car was towed,& they're allowed to prey on residents by management.
